Paul founded Foran Construction Ltd in 2011 and is responsible for Strategic management, Client Focus and Pre-construction activities within the Group, while also supporting all other areas of the business.
Paul has a family background in Business Groundworks and Civil Engineering and has 15 years’ Experience in the UK Construction Industry.
He achieved both a degree in Construction and Surveying from the University of Westminster and Full Chartership of the CIOB and is currently on route for full membership of the RICS.
An integral part of Paul’s role is the growth, training and the continued professional development of all the staff at Foran as this is a key attribute to the current success of Foran. Paul is committed to ensuring that clients and business partners receive the very best experience when working with, and alongside Foran.
Tom has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years, starting out working in the family business, before progressing to a prominent London Contractor where he learned how to manage and deliver high end developments, during an 8 year period.
In 2015 Tom joined Foran construction to help develop the Construction department and is involved in all areas of the projects. He works with his team planning and developing the projects before they become live, and assists his team with delivering the projects, while maintaining the high standards already set out and achieved by Foran.
Tom assists the commercial team by providing a detailed site perspective into each project & reports the on-site progress and any potential issues, so that these can be accurately assessed and avoided.
Having a commercial responsibility as well as a construction responsibility, Tom is integral to the day to day running of Foran Construction Group.
Albert has worked in the Construction industry for over 30 years, and having started out as a setting out engineer, he progressed quickly to Site Manager and then into Quantity Surveying by his mid-20’s. Albert has vast experience across the construction industry including; large scale complex deep excavation projects throughout greater London and the south east, and has held senior management positions within several large Civil Engineering firms in London.
In 2010 Albert went on to achieve CIOB status from the Chartered Institute of Building in London.
Albert joined Foran Construction in Jan 2015 bringing his vast experience to the firm, and headed up the commercial team. Albert is responsible for leading and managing the Tendering & Quantity Surveying department, and reporting on the performance of the projects to the Directors. Working closely with the construction team, Albert assists with programming, value engineering and management to promote efficiency and maximum performance for our Client.
Albert is trusted with ensuring that Foran Construction continues to provide an excellent and efficient service to our Clients and maintain our margins, without compromise on quality.
Mark achieved his BSc Degree in Construction Management and Engineering from the University of Limerick in 2010. Since that time he has steadily progressed from a junior engineering role to project engineer, on multiple substantial projects across the globe. In more recent years Mark’s career has become more focused on the management aspect of contracts. He joined the Foran Construction Group in the capacity of Contracts Manager in 2018.
Mark is a very motivated and diligent manager and has a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and under budget. Through his hands on approach, he is able to identify the key aspects of a project and offer guidance to the construction team in how to achieve a successfully completed contract.
Mark maintains the highest possible work standards and instils this ethos among all of the construction teams under his guidance. This ensures satisfaction levels among our clients’ are always on the increase, in turn forging new and lasting relationships.

Having completed a Masters Degree in Construction & Project Management at Queens University Belfast, Niall made a move to London.
With over 4 years’ experience as a Building Estimator and Quantity Surveyor, Niall joined Foran Construction Group in September 2017 to undertake a similar role.
Nialls’ precise attention to detail ensures accuracy, as his role is to cost projects from tender to post-completion.
As a QS with Foran, Niall’s duties include the commercial management of numerous live projects, along with tendering and pricing new potential projects, for both existing and new clients.
Pierce joined Foran Construction in 2014, having achieved a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University.
Pierce has excellent attention to detail, is methodical in his approach to work and apt to negotiate. As a QS at Foran, Pierce is responsible for projects from the tender stage right through to the final account agreement.
Pierce has progressed throughout his time at Foran Construction, having been involved in a variety of projects, costing, residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

Troy has over 30 years’ experience in Civil Construction, overseeing groundwork packages in a number of schools, hospitals and residential properties, in London and its surrounding areas. He started with Foran Construction Group Ltd in 2016 and his experience has been invaluable to Foran and clients alike.
Troy is responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed to the highest standard, as efficiently and effectively as possible. He is a fantastic team leader, coordinating and supervising construction workers and maintaining health and safety. He has an NVQ6 in Site Management, SMSTS and NRSWA Supervisor level.
Troy has had a crucial role in many large projects, overseeing the finer details that result in stellar outcomes. He just completed a complex ground and RC frame works project on the Advanced Quantum Metrology Laboratory at the National Physical laboratory: a world leading centre of accurate measurement, science and technology.
Nigel has been involved in the construction industry from an early age, he studied Architectural Technology at the Scott Sutherland School of Architecture & the Built Environment.
Nigel has a diverse history of working in Landscape & Conservation Architecture as well as social housing projects for Sligo Borough Council. Nigel brings an appreciation for environmental awareness and BIM to each project. These traits facilitate enhanced understanding of complex issues while being efficient with resource use.
Nigel joined Foran in March 2018. Along with a dedicated team, Nigel is leading Forans’ adoption of BIM applications not only on site but in each sector, including Foran Head Quarters.

Sinead Joined Foran Construction in 2014 as an accounts admin assistant. She has since progressed and development into a key senior management member and the Groups Office and Account Manager. She a passionate leader and is responsible for managing the accounts, admin, and human resources department of the company.
As a key member of the commercial team, Sinead’s keen eye for detail ensures that all of the financials of the company are accurate and available to enable top level commercial decision to be made. A large part of Sinead’s’ role is to develop internal procedures within the company, to ensure the smooth running of the office and pleasant environment for all members of staff. Sinead has developed and implemented new procedures across a variety of areas, helping to improve the overall efficiency of the team.

Having graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and Economics and over 15 years experience working in Accounts; Anita joined the team at Foran Construction Group, as a senior book-keeper in 2018.
Anita’s job involves all aspects of financial accounting, preparing source documents for transactions, operations and other day to day affairs of the business.
Working closely with the different departments at Foran, ensuring that all aspects of Accounting, from Sales to Purchases are running smoothly. Anita is keen to put forth ideas, to implement new and innovative ways to streamline account reporting and promote a positive thinking approach.
Tanya is a BSc Public health graduate with a Masters in International relations. She has a wealth of experience planning, managing and implementing projects and interventions, she joined the business in 2018.
As the administrator at Foran, Tanya is the first point of contact ensuring client and customers’ needs are met effectively.
Tanya’s role involves a great deal of multitasking, liaising across the various teams in Foran Construction Group she oversees the daily operations within the company. Tanya is skilled in using a variety of computer software, ensuring the efficient flow of accurate information, thus enabling improvements, quality services and practical support.
With a drive and enthusiasm toward problem solving, Tanya facilitates a positive work environment, which reflects the ethos of Foran Construction Group Ltd.
Daniel has been a part of Foran Construction since 2014.
Daniel is another example of Forans investment internally in people. Daniel has progressed from a foreman to site manager through support and training.
Daniel has 12 years of experience in the construction industry, making him adept in a vast variety of roles. A real asset to the team, Daniel doesn’t just delegate but trains his workers to be diligent and confident in their trade. Daniel is renowned for his high quality specialism in RC and Cut and Carve projects.
Daniel monitors and manages the safe and quality delivery of residential, commercial, and industrial projects ensuring that work is always compliant with regulations and legislation.
Oltjon is a skilled site manager with 7 years of experience in the construction industry. After graduating with a Masters degree in Economics and Agricultural Politics, in Tirana, Oltjon moved to London where he joined Foran Construction Group Ltd in 2013.
As a site manager Oltjon enforces health and safety protocol and oversees day-to-day operations of the project all the way to completion. He makes important decisions that allow work to be finished on time, within the budget and to the highest quality standards.
Oltjon has collected many accolades during his time at Foran, proving himself time and time again to be an excellent leader, with the humility to keep increasing in both knowledge and skill. After starting at Foran as a foreman he swiftly progressed to site manager, specialising in external landscaping and drainage. He is a tireless manager who invests in his team and instils the importance of communication in his workers.
