Foran were employed to take control of this brownfield site for Solmaz Ltd. Our 20 week programme was to undertake the piling, piling attendance, RC capping beams, temporary works, mass excavation, underground drainage, RC bearing slab, RC retaining walls and suspended GF slab. We have also been appointed to undertake the upper level metal decking & concrete works on this 5 level mixed use commercial and residential scheme in the heart of Fulham.
