Paul founded Foran Construction Ltd in 2011 and is responsible for Strategic management, Client Focus and Pre-construction activities within the Group, while also supporting all other areas of the business.

Paul has a family background in Business Groundworks and Civil Engineering and has 15 years’ Experience in the UK Construction Industry. He achieved both a degree in Construction and Surveying from the University of Westminster and Full Chartership of the CIOB and is currently on route for full membership of the RICS.

An integral part of Paul’s role is the growth, training and the continued professional development of all the staff at Foran as this is a key attribute to the current success of Foran.  Paul is committed to ensuring that clients and business partners receive the very best experience when working with, and alongside Foran.

Tom has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years, starting out working in the family business, before progressing to a prominent London Contractor where he learned how to manage and deliver high end developments, during an 8 year period.

In 2015 Tom joined Foran construction to help develop the Construction department and is involved in all areas of the projects. He works with his team planning and developing the projects before they become live, and assists his team with delivering the projects, while maintaining the high standards already set out and achieved by Foran.

Tom assists the commercial team by providing a detailed site perspective into each project & reports the on-site progress and any potential issues, so that these can be accurately assessed and avoided.

Having a commercial responsibility as well as a construction responsibility, Tom is integral to the day to day running of Foran Construction Group.

Albert has worked in the Construction industry for over 30 years, and having started out as a setting out engineer, he progressed quickly to Site Manager and then into Quantity Surveying by his mid-20’s. Albert has vast experience across the construction industry including; large scale complex deep excavation projects throughout greater London and the south east, and has held senior management positions within several large Civil Engineering firms in London.

In 2010 Albert went on to achieve CIOB status from the Chartered Institute of Building in London. 

Albert joined Foran Construction in Jan 2015 bringing his vast experience to the firm, and headed up the commercial team. Albert is responsible for leading and managing the Tendering & Quantity Surveying department, and reporting on the performance of the projects to the Directors. Working closely with the construction team, Albert assists with programming, value engineering and management to promote efficiency and maximum performance for our Client.

Albert is trusted with ensuring that Foran Construction continues to provide an excellent and efficient service  to our Clients and maintain our margins, without compromise on quality.

Damien has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. Damien has an NVQ6 in Site Management, SMSTS and is our Temporary Works Coordinator, and is currently working towards his NEBOSH Health & Safety Management in Construction and MCIOB. Since joining Foran Construction Ltd in 2020 Damien has been responsible for construction projects of various sizes, making sure all projects are completed on time and to a standard that excels client’s expectations.

Damien is leading Forans’ new procurement policies piloting a ‘just-in-time’ style ordering system to maximise efficiency and ensuring all projects come in on budget.

Damien is a great example of the new Foran way of thinking, from internal investment in training to Health and Safety and policy changes. His dedication and experience are invaluable to our team and more importantly our clients.

Troy has over 30 years’ experience in Civil Construction, overseeing groundwork packages in a number of schools, hospitals and residential properties, in London and its surrounding areas. He started with Foran Construction Group Ltd in 2016 and his experience has been invaluable to Foran and clients alike.

Troy is responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed to the highest standard, as efficiently and effectively as possible. He is a fantastic team leader, coordinating and supervising construction workers and maintaining health and safety. He has an NVQ6 in Site Management, SMSTS and NRSWA Supervisor level. 

Troy has had a crucial role in many large projects, overseeing the finer details that result in stellar outcomes. He just completed a complex ground and RC frame works project on the Advanced Quantum Metrology Laboratory at the National Physical laboratory: a world leading centre of accurate measurement, science and technology.

Daniel has worked 13 years for a different company as a laborer and managed to work his way up to site management level. Worked the last 8 years as a site manager and supervisor. Daniel is punctual and always on time and get the job done. Great planning skills, and loves being organised. Daniel has good communication skills at any level and understanding.

Lee has been the Senior Estimator at Foran Construction since joining at the start of 2020, frequently stepping into the role of Quantity Surveyor when the estimating proves too successful. He assesses the suitability of all incoming projects and enquiries, creating highly detailed Bills of Quantities with accurate pricing, whilst identifying risk and value engineering possibilities to give Foran Construction and their clients the best opportunity to secure contracts. Lee works closely with the site teams to create realistic construction programmes, budgets and methodologies, and has developed relationships with a wide network of trusted suppliers, subcontractors and specialists that bring a wealth of knowledge, ability and support to all Foran projects.

Lee has been within the Civil and Structural Construction Industry since 1998, starting as a CAD technician, and evolving through RC detailing to pricing, estimation and quantity surveying, collecting invaluable experience and relevant qualifications along the journey. Lee has an uncompromising honest and open approach with a genuine drive for Foran Construction, their Subcontractors, and Clients to achieve success.

Having graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and Economics and over 15 years experience working in Accounts; Anita joined the team at Foran Construction Group, as a senior book-keeper in 2018.

Anita’s job involves all aspects of financial accounting, preparing source documents for transactions, operations and other day to day affairs of the business.

Working closely with the different departments at Foran, ensuring that all aspects of Accounting, from Sales to Purchases are running smoothly. Anita is keen to put forth ideas, to implement new and innovative ways to streamline account reporting and promote a positive thinking approach.

Daniel has been a part of Foran Construction since 2014.

Daniel is another example of Forans investment internally in people. Daniel has progressed from a foreman to site manager through support and training.

Daniel has 12 years of experience in the construction industry, making him adept in a vast variety of roles. A real asset to the team, Daniel doesn’t just delegate but trains his workers to be diligent and confident in their trade. Daniel is renowned for his high quality specialism in RC and Cut and Carve projects.

Daniel monitors and manages the safe and quality delivery of residential, commercial, and industrial projects ensuring that work is always compliant with regulations and legislation.

Over 50 years’ experience in the construction industry, 40 of these including groundwork and civil engineering works. PQS trained at what is now Liverpool John Moores University then into estimating and design for major contractor in Northwest. Moved south to concentrate on estimating for a small family based traditional contractor then through larger contractors as senior estimator. At the same time involved with groundwork and light civil engineering subcontractor leading on to moving to a major groundwork/civil engineering/development contractor in Milton Keynes as Chief Estimator through to Director.

1994 moved on to provide freelance services for estimating, quantity surveying and contracts management continuing until 2021 when joining Foran Construction.

Des has worked in the construction industry from a young age, starting out working on sites during summers in the family’s sub-contracting business whilst still a student in Ireland. Des followed up on this initial interest in construction by going on to study Civil Engineering at ATU Sligo graduating with an Honours degree. After University Des worked in Australia and New Zealand for a number of years on various Civil engineering projects, initially cutting his teeth as a setting out engineer, before progressing to Project engineer and Project management roles.

Des is responsible for ensuring that our projects are constructed to the highest safety and quality standards. Involved in both site and contract management within the company he is also brings a technical expertise to the firm with his knowledge of CAD and EDM instrumentation. Des is an excellent communicator who is approachable to both clients and workforce alike helping to co-ordinate tasks to achieve positive project outcomes for Foran and our clients.

Des has been involved in a number of our most prestigious projects in recent years including Basement Installation at Cambridge University, façade retention and structural remediation at the Theatre Royal in Brighton and Waltham Forest Town Hall refurbishment in Walthamstow, an award-winning project recognised at Landscape Institute Awards in 2022.

Patrick has been working in the construction industry for over 30 years’, starting out on site as a carpenter and quickly progressing through the ranks to Foreman, Site manager and Senior Site Manager. Patrick has overseen numerous civil engineering projects in number of different locations in Ireland, Germany and the UK working for some of the top engineering and construction firms in those regions.

Patrick is responsible for ensuring our projects are constructed to the highest safety and quality standards and his experience is invaluable in helping clients to come up with safe and cost effective solutions to on-site challenges. His calm demeanour allows him to be approachable whilst also ensuring that his team are kept focused in delivering our clients projects on time and within budget.

Patrick has been integral part in the success of several of our flagship projects in recent years including Basement Installation at Cambridge University, Renovation of Garsington Opera House Wormsely and façade retention and structural remediation at the Theatre Royal in Brighton with his attention to detail helping to achieve stellar outcomes.

Amy Joined Foran Construction in 2019 as an Accounts Admin assistant. She has since progressed and now manages the day-to-day accounts of the Group as well as admin duties.

As a key member of the commercial team, Amy's keen eye for detail ensures that the costing reports and cash forecasts are accurate and available to enable top level commercial decisions to be made.

Claudiu has worked in the construction industry from a very young age, he started working in construction in Romania and then moved to London in 2013 , Claudiu joined Foran Construction Ltd in 2016 as a labourer and continued to develop into his current role of Site manager. Claudiu is client focused and is responsible for managing various size projects to the highest quality and safety standards.
